For the past nine years, I’ve specialized in helping people achieve long-term relief from chronic and acute pain, particularly in the neck, back, and hips. Through focused, therapeutic bodywork, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel better in their everyday lives.

But I never expected a torn calf muscle in my own living room to be the turning point that would expand my work beyond the massage table.

One day, while dancing with my daughter, I tore my calf and reached for topical magnesium to help with the pain and healing. What happened next truly shifted everything.
